I'd say reverse it. Her FA account seems to be abreviated.

The artist's names are a pretty even split between akira_volfsar and akira_v. I suggest we go with the former, as that's one less alias to remove.
The only place where aki_de-volfs.ar variant is used is FurAffinity. So, they probably just can't get rid of it.
