Reason: I saw this tag recently and thought it should be applied to all characters with this character design feature since at the moment there are few relevant entries that have this tag. I know only of Lola Bunny and Dot Warner off the top of my head at the moment but I'm pretty sure that there are other characters out there with this feature as well. Since both of these have massive entry counts it would take a very long time to apply this tag to all of them manually so I'm requesting the mods automate this process.

My only concern for this is that there may potentially be some rare instances of entries of these characters with their ears not bundled up into ponytail-esque styles which would lead to unintentional mistagging.

A character's ears won't always be visible. They can also be drawn without their ears being tied together, and can even be an alternate species where their ears can't be tied together like that.

Good point. Implementing the tag in this way isn't the answer.
