Aliasing body_markings → markings

Reason:

I submitted this mostly to engender discussion.

1. The wikis define them the same, and they seem to be used the same way.
2. Tail_markings, facial_markings, etc. are implicated to markings and not body_markings like you would expect. Seeing as they are body parts it is kind of odd.
3. I don't see much, if any utility for a second tag. If we were starting out fresh I'd say to use body_markings, but they are going to get mistagged with "cave paintings" or whatever other markings people find anyways (if that even really happens).

Unless facial/tail markings get unaliased, this makes sense. Alias all three, or none of them. If the aliases are removed, then at least have them all imply markings.
