I have a lot of images blacklisted, so whenever I'm on page mode, it shows that I have a blacklisted image and doesn't show it, is there any settings where I can just skip those without having to run into them all the time

That's a bit odd. I only get icons that say "Blacklisted" in pools or forums, not on the Posts list.
Assuming I understood your description correctly, no, the point of the blacklist is that it's a client-side filter to reduce the strain that would otherwise be put on the server by filtering out a potentially huge array of tags from every search. The downside to this is that it is applied after pagination.
If you want to remove the blacklisted images altogether, you'll have to explicitly specify every line in your blacklist in every search you do.
