change category gulonine (5627) -> species

Reason: gulonine, which is a generic tag, implies mustelid, which is a species tag, and is implied by, among others, wolverine, marten and tayra, all of which are also species tags.

I can't see any changes in the history, so it looks like this tag was accidentally created with the wrong category.

Well, it looks as if this was finally silently fixed last month. However, the other tag in forum #306435, polecat_(mustelid), still has the incorrect category.
