All three devices used to be simply tagged yoke. I feel like it's worth separating those out into their own tags.
Since horse_collar is currently aliased to yoke, this has to be done in two steps. The second part would go as follows:
alias horse_collar -> plow_yoke alias yoke -> yoke_(disambiguation)
