Topic: Tag Alias: 2girls = ???

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

What has happened to the 2girls tag? It is clearly being translated into something else because I get results from it, but I cannot seem to find what it is being translated to. There is nothing I am seeing tagged on any image that it makes sense with.

It seems like it might be translating to 'Female', which is stupid, as it explicitly refers to a number of females. 2 girls, not one, not three, always 2.

This came up because I need this tag to find an image, and because it is just showing whatever has a girl in it, I am basically getting the majority of the site in my results. I cannot narrow down my results.

I am trying to find this image: http://imgur.com/CzOMGHC so I can find the artist. The most prominent thing about this is that it has two females in it, so if it's here somewhere that would be a tag I'd expect to find it under. I don't know if those breasts are huge, I don't know if that thing on her neck is a dog tag. I am pretty sure those are both canines, but that's not a very helpful tag.

Please restore the (number)(gender) sort of tags, tey're very helpful to finding a specific image.

The equivalent would be duo female. But it seems that the image is not on here.

Edit: Scratch that. Trying with Harry.lu returned

Artist is Yawg

Ahh, well thank you for finding it.

However, 2girls does not seem to be aliasing to duo_female

For example '2girls' returns a lot of images like

which do not have the 'duo_female' tag and don't even have more than one person.

2girls is aliased to female. It isn't aliased to duo_female because there could be more than two characters in an image which would make it a group instead.

Duo_female isn't a tag. You do know you can search up to five tags at a time, right? If, for instance, you were to search male nude, you would get images of nude males. Also, 2girls returns images of females because it was aliased to female.

Thanks! I refererred to "duo female" as two separate tags, not one, hence "equivalent". As mentioned before, 2girls was aliased to female, it's also stated on its wiki
