Reason: Irrumatio involves oral_penetration by definition; face_fucking, face_mounting, and throat_swabbing are the three examples given in irrumatio's wiki page; face_fucking involves thrusting by definition; and fellatio involves the person giving the oral doing the stimulation, while irrumatio is the other way around.
I would also imply irrumatio to forced_oral, but I'm not sure enough about the implied force to say so.
(Also, with the existing differentiation between fellatio and irrumatio, there should really be sex_toy_irrumatio and strapon_irrumatio tags.)
