I'm just a little uncertain regarding horse_hung and derivatives. That might be used as a nonstandard way to refer to a big_penis.

That is possible, though all the examples currently tagged with horse-hung is currently tagged with an equine_penis, so I would think that be an unlikely issue. But if folks feel differently about it, I could edit the BUR to instead make horse_hung and it's variants re-categorized as Invalid category tags.
