The only thing that could probably be removed from the above BUR is imply holding_headwear -> holding_object, since imply holding_headwear -> holding_clothing would be more accurate. Other than that, the rest of the BUR looks good.

There's a bunch of additional aliases/implications that I'll list in a supplemental BUR below (including imply holding_headwear -> holding_clothing). I'll probably make another separate BUR for all the other non-clothing holding_* tags.
