Topic: condom = sexual barrier device ?

I'm curious, I've never seen this tag before and it look to be a carbon copy of Condom ?
Is it new or was I blind, and is it really usefull ? "Safe_sex" sound to be the proper term if you're looking for people wearing it.

I remember these from sex-ed classes but likewise I've never seen one in artwork.
