remove implication ethereal_hair (2800) -> pseudo_hair (25712)

Reason: Because, as Princess Luna and Princess Celestia (and Twilight, in the finale) of Friendship is Magic fame prove, not all ethereal hair is fake. (Also, watch nobody get the title's reference...nobody ever gets my references...)
