remove alias dollar_bill (0) -> money (7371)

Reason: "money" can refer to paper bills (banknotes if you wanna be fancy), or coins or gold or some sci-fi credits or even bank records on a computer screen. "dollar bill" can only refer to the paper bills. Since there isn't any other tag for the stuff, I'd like to change the dollar_bill tag from an alias to an implication.

I think aliasing it to banknote and then implicating that to money would be a better solution since dollar_bill is both too specific and vague. Some sort of tag is definitely needed, as we already have coin to represent money in its metallic form.

It would be weird to call an Euro banknote or any other currency a "dollar bill," but if it was kept to specifically mean a dollar and not any other currency, there's still over 20 currencies called a dollar.
