create alias tagalog_text (30) -> filipino_text (25)

Reason: Surprised that filipino_text exists and already implicated to text along with the other two, but hadn't put into meta category yet...

Also, I don't know what to do on the other two tags, since they are both Filipino dialects (with Tagalog used more often than Cebuano which has limited usage on a few select provinces), but I will alias them to the former just in case.

You cannot alias those terms until the text implication is removed first. Filipino text is already meta. That line can be removed.

Why would we alias multiple different languages together? Tagalog and Cebuano are not even mutually intelligible languages.

Filipino is a standardized form of Tagalog so there could be some validity to that though. EDIT: Looks like whether Filipino and Tagalog are the same thing depends on who you ask
