Artist doesn't specify pronunciation of name on their Pixiv, but seeing as "koorinezumi" is a nickname for a type of mouse (source: https://kotobank.jp/word/%E3%82%B3%E3%82%AA%E3%83%AA%E3%83%8D%E3%82%BA%E3%83%9F-1316061), it is almost definitely the correct reading.

Yes. Also, I don't think there is a real Japanese artist tag policy other than romanizations are preferred and avoid using real-life names.
