remove alias bodily_waste (0) -> bodily_fluids (1433339)
remove alias body_waste (0) -> bodily_fluids (1433339)
remove alias human_waste (0) -> bodily_fluids (1433339)
remove alias waste_matter (0) -> bodily_fluids (1433339)
remove alias human_waste_matter (0) -> bodily_fluids (1433339)
remove alias excretory_waste (0) -> bodily_fluids (1433339)

Reason: I'd like to dealias bodily_waste from bodily_fluids since not all bodily waste is a fluid (or exclusively a liquid as the wiki states it).
I'd also like to create the tag "abscission" to encompass surgical tags related to the removal or dissection of body parts.

After that, I'd like to run the following script to implicate the tags feces, urine, fart, and vomit to bodily_waste.

alias body_waste -> bodily_waste
alias human_waste -> bodily_waste
alias waste_matter -> bodily_waste
alias human_waste_matter -> bodily_waste
alias excretory_waste -> bodily_waste
implicate feces -> bodily_waste
implicate urine -> bodily_waste
implicate fart -> bodily_waste
implicate vomit -> bodily_waste

Edit:
I removed the abscission stuff from the BUR. It's somewhat off topic and people may disagree with that part of the BUR but not the other.

implicate penectomy -> abscission
implicate mastectomy -> abscission
implicate amputation -> abscission
implicate decapitation -> abscission
implicate dismemberment -> abscission
implicate vivisection -> abscission
implicate disembowelment -> abscission

Separating body waste and bodily fluids seems like a good idea, but we should talk specifically about what we're doing with urine. It's pretty definitively bodily_waste and also a genital_fluid (implies bodily_fluids). Does it get both tags?

Also I don't think burping should be included.

Agree that burping shouldn't imply bodily waste. As for urine, I think it should imply both bodily_waste and genital_fluid.

I believe the implication to bodily_fluid through genital_fluid should remain, and an implication to bodily_waste should be added.

I added burping and vomit as they are somewhat similar to the others in that they're expelled byproducts of the digestive system. I couldn't think of a better term to group them together under. I can remove them though if you still believe they're semantically too unrelated.

Oh, and what do you think about the abscission tag? It's probably a bad name too, but does everything being implied to it look okay?

Updated

Burping doesn't necessarily involve anything being expelled (besides air, but in that case breath would count as bodily waste).

I agree that the name isn't very intuitive (at least for me). Tbh I'm not sure how the whole category is differentiated from gore but it's not an area of intrest for me and I have no strong opinions.

I'm just interested in it from the standpoint of someone who wants to make blacklists more effective. I don't entirely understand the gore tag myself. I think it's supposed to just be for violent displays of viscera, and the pictures with tags associated with abscission may not necessarily be violent, such as a picture depicting a planned surgery.

Note: I did have to look through a thesaurus to find the term "abscission" since the more intuitive term, dismemberment, is only for limb loss.

You make a good point. I am intending for this tag to be a blanket term for some of the more objectionable material on this site. But, I suppose burps aren't quite on the same level as the others, and including it would necessitate adding breathing to its implications, so I'll just remove it.
