I mentioned this in another topic that there are multiple cum tags based on the consistency of the cum flow, and leaking is only one of those tags, not a representation of an umbrella tag IMO. cum_explosion probably shouldn't be tagged as leaking. This is far too much cum, and the tag leaking is more so for after sex where the cum is flowing out afterwards.

The wiki page for cum_vomit currently does not match the content the tag is being used on, so I don't know if I'd include it in a BUR until that gets sorted out. The current wiki entry reflects emitting_cum.

cum_from_penis also tends to be more associated with the outcome of penis_in_penis than ejaculation.

A number of these should be reevaluated, adding to what TheVileOne said about leaking and explosion generally being exclusive.
