remove alias chip_'n_dale (343) -> chip_'n_dale_rescue_rangers (3417)
Reason: Because Chip and Dale existed for a long time before they became Rescue Rangers. And as it currently stands, there are a number of pictures depicting characters who were from the movies and cartoons that came BEFORE Rescue Rangers was a thing, and never made an appearance in RR, who are currently incorrectly tagged "chip_'n_dale_rescue_rangers" because of this alias.
