Reason: Following the discussion in topic #26786, I'm proposing to reorganize naga, lamia and serpentine to have a clearer tag hierarchy with a clear purpose for each tag.

This change mainly introduces 2 new tags, namely:

• apode, which is the scientific term for a creature with no legs (such as a snake or a limbless lizard)
• draconcopode, which is the medieval latin name for an obscure and vaguely described creature in greek and european mythology, whose name means "snake-footed". The descriptions of those creatures goes from snakes with human heads to what we're already calling lamias, so etymologically speaking, I'd say it's a pretty good name to use for a tag that's meant to mainly describe both nagas and lamias.

I get that dra-con-co-pode is a bit of a mouthful and the sort of weird word everyone is going to spell wrong on their first try, so I'm open to adding some typos and alternative spelling if needed, although I don't know how much this tag is likely to be added manually.
