remove implication romantic_couple (30694) -> romantic_ambiance (7813)

Reason: This got implicated without any discussion earlier this year, and ended up breaking the romantic_ambiance tag.
romantic_couple was for couples, while romantic_ambiance was for scenery. Just because the characters are acting romantic, it doesn't mean that the scenery is 'romantic' (or that there's scenery at all).

Unfortunately, since this at 15000+ posts, undoing it would require a massive amount of work. So I'm not sure if it's worth unimplicating now that the damage is done. It might easier to just rewrite the romantic_ambiance wiki to include romantic characters. Though then we end up with a duplicate of the old 'romantic' tag which was deemed too ambiguous to keep.

I have no issue with separating lovers (essentially romantic couple) from this tag. The tag is too broad to imply romance as a concept IMO.
