Topic: [APPROVED] Some Taur/Centaur Implications

Posted under General

The bulk update request #67 is active.

create implication bucentaur (58) -> humanoid_taur (5321)
create implication centaur (3997) -> humanoid_taur (5321)

Reason: A missing implication, as humanoid_taur is already implicated to taur, and other *_taur tags are implicated to taur and their respective species tag.

I think centaur should also be implicated to humanoid_taur since the centaur wiki description seems to indirectly describe them as a equid_taur/humanoid_taur. Similarly, bucentaur seems like it should be implicated to humanoid_taur, but requires some cleanup first due to some non-humanoid bovine_taur mistags.

Tag Implications:

Remove Implications:

Edit:

Edit 2:

  • Removed the de-implication human_taur -> human, since it got approved separately.

EDIT: The bulk update request #67 (forum #291431) has been approved by @Millcore.

The human_taur -> human implication must've been an oversight, most of the taur implications were made in one huge chunk. Considering that even simple changes such as pointy ears or animal genitalia is enough to disqualify the human tag, the human_taurs definitely don't belong in there.

Those look more like content that belongs in chimera, though that's generally for mixed species. Not for added limbs of same species.

Updated

I can update the bulk update request to reflect that (if editing a bulk update request is possible). Though I'm wondering if the centaur/bucentaur implications to humanoid_taur seem fine? (and sorry if I'm being buggy/annoying about this, I'm just wanting to be sure about those implications before updating the request)

I suppose those are fine. Centaur gets tagged for other things occasionally. Some users confuse it with taur which will cause some mistags after the implication, but it's probably not common enough to worry about.
