Aliasing interplanetary_macro → giga

Reason:
Basically means the same thing. The only difference between the tags is that interplanetary_macro seems to require that characters be as big as a planet, where as giga only requires a character to be large enough that the planet they're on doesn't look as huge anymore, at least according to its wiki page. Still that's not distinctive enough for keep two separate tags for macros that are at least planet-sized.
EDIT: The tag alias interplanetary_macro -> giga (forum #281942) has been rejected by @NotMeNotYou.
