This follows the same pattern as the tags aliased to arms_tied.

I want to create a bur that attempts to reverse the aliases to bound instead of tied. Using tied instead of bound never made sense to me to start with and complicates things when it comes to things characters only have one of like tails. The tied term gets slapped on the front of the tag for singular tags. Bound doesn't discriminate between singular and plural.
