Look at that, I've just listed every possible use case for this tag. Disambiguate and clean-up, I'd say.

Reason: I happened to remember making this topic, and a recent search of post changes has confirmed that recolor is still seeing use. To briefly restate my previous reasoning: "recolor" can either be a way to derisively refer to an original_character, a color_edit, and/or an alternate_color image.
