Topic: Can we get a tag for stomach fluid that isn’t really stomach acid?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

Stomach acid usually accompanies or implies digestion, but sometimes vore art has stomachs filled with fluid that isn’t corrosive, but is just clear and viscous. I usually just tag it as “saliva” (because I’m pretty sure you’d have to come into contact with saliva at some point if you’re wet after you got eaten), but it really doesn’t seem like it’s intended to be anything other than stomach fluid.

Pics/sources of what I’m talking about:

In these none of the characters are in (obvious) pain or being digested. The guy who owns the griffon in the first one in fact abhors digestion vore and even dirty/sexual images. There needs to be a way to tag this kind of thing because I and others like probably really like that kind of thing, but at least I don’t like hard vore or digestion. Does that make sense?

Edit: lmao wrong category

Most likely what you might be looking for in a tag is a possible gastric mucus tag to exist, aka the slime in the lining of the stomach and general organs in the digestive system that keeps stomach acids from burning your insides.

Also to note that stomach acid isn't some instant corrosive skin melting substance. If anything, it gives you just a little minor burn, and in fact many people feel this burn when passing stool on occasion, making it burn a bit. So, it can be a small tingling burn and not as noticeable as, say, the fantasy instant melting acids in vore art.

Point is, the line between possible mucus lining and slightly burning gastric acid is hard to distinguish visually in a fictional medium like this.

Right, but when someone intends digestion they usually make it green, bubbly, and induce some sort of melting or corroding or blistering effect on an individual. Aka, it’s exaggerated like you said. But sometimes they just want the stomach to be full of fluid that isn’t actually dangerous, or painful. That’s why we need the tag- sonwe can search for non painful stomach fluids in vore.
