My account keeps getting banned for about an hour or so for some reason. It might be that I am using Tor Browser, I am not sure.

Well you haven't gotten any negative records, so I'm presuming you're getting 403 errors or something..
Cloudflare blocks IPs that are considered "low trust", so it definitely sounds like it's Tor.
As far as I'm aware it's not really something that E6 staff has much control over, it's more an automatic security/protection thing.
