Wasn't sure if I should just make it an alias suggestion, so I posted here instead.

But there are these 3 tags which are all nearly identical.

knock-kneed
knees_together_feet_apart
knees_together

I believe they could be aliased into the same tag.

Maybe, though there are already two other forum suggestions that are similar to this. It may be better to bump one of those instead of making another new alias suggestion.
