Topic: Tag for non-human feet / paws?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

I hate the human foot, but love anthro feet.

I hate things like this:

But I love things like this:

They both share the plantigrade tag.

How do I go about searching for the type of foot in the second link while my blacklist removes things like the first link?

My point is, why do they both share the plantigrade tag? One is a human foot on a scalie's body, complete with wrinkles and everything, and the other has four toes with pawpads where the metatarsals don't even touch the ground.

Could we implement a tag that differentiates between these two? Or, is there a combination of tags that completely removes all results like the first image while keeping everything from the second?

I used to outright blacklist plantigrade art until I went searching for this gem after coming across it in a group chat. I had to disable my blacklist, found it, and asked: "What tag is stopping me from seeing art like this?" I'm disappointed that I must remove that tag from my blacklist since it flags false positives while also allowing art like the first link.

Can we make a new tag? If so, what would it be? Would there be a combination of tags that would solve coming across art like the first pic that would allow art like the second pic to pass through the blacklist?

humanoid_feet is a tag that exists

I did not know that. I tried searching for human_feet but didn't see anything like that. Thanks.

You can add humanoid_feet to your blacklist, or when searching you can use search combinations like feet -humanoid_feet or feet -plantigrade -humanoid_feet.

There is also a digitigrade tag, which is a tag that indicates a characters feet stand on their digits.

That's pleasant to know. Thank you.
