From the written question in your first post, normally I'd say that convenient_censorship is the tag that's the best match.

However, looking at your example, I don't think that tag should be applied to that particular post. Because in that picture, the vast majority of the characters are obscured, whereas I think of convenient_censorship as mainly for times when the explicit bits are just barely covered, like this:

The role_reversal tag would be the key tag there. But in order to get just human/dog images you'll need to combine that with a search:

For example, in this comic, the mouse's captor is stroking his body in a non-sexual but still intimate way, and he is clearly discomforted by it. There's nothing under forced_touching or forced_fondling, but I'm not sure if those would be good names for it anyway. The closest I found is non-consensual_cuddling, but it has single-digit uses and is more specific than what I had in mind anyway.

Is there any tag describing actions like in post #407730? I’ve looked through its tags and saw nothing defining it. I also tried to look for submissive/submissive but it just aliases back to submissive. Im forced to look for tags that kind of describe it but exclude some, usually i look up body_writing and kissing but i know im still missing on very good art. If not than i would very much like to propose for submissive/submissive to be unaliased since the action of 2 submissives interacting is very much unique from having a single submissive.

Is there a tag to use for when something with tentacles doesnt have a form? Like I want to blacklist things like post #5976433, where it is just solely a human as the subject of the image. So I tweak the blacklist for that. But it will blacklist posts such as post #792923, which isnt good.

Im using in blacklist:
human tentacles -anthro -feral
humanoid tentacles -anthro -feral

I could add more species to the parameters, but it wont always be like that I assume.

You mean like a body weight equivalent of the way taurification is used for taur drawings of characters who aren't normally taurs? I don't think there's a single tag for that. You might need to find those images with a search like:

overweight alternate_form

Or the lesser used:

overweight redesign

But those searches will also show you images where other aspects are redesigned from the characters' normal appearance, not just their weight.

2. Is there a tag for "naturalistic" depictions of animals with no man-made structures, clothing and accessories added? Because once again, my precious realistic scientifically plausible dinosaur searches. As much as I adore pictures of non-avian dinosaurs wearing dog collars or in modern settings, I usually prefer looking at realistic illustrations.

(With both I am perfectly fine with underused tags, because I enjoy doing tag projects to cater my hyper-specific autism dictated tastes)

shark non-mammal_ears has sort of worked for me, but it's seldom tagged. I've been trying to tag it myself, but it's a slow go.

That sounds like it'd be pretty hard to show in a single image. Remember that non-lore tags can only be applied on a per-image basis.

I have looked them up and they are called tear troughs but didn't know if there was any other tag that covers them. The closest I have found is eye_bags but that would be best used for darker or baggy lower eyelids directly under the eye.

I don't think there's a specific tag for floating/detached tails. But the unusual_tail tag would definitely apply there.

There are many floating_body_part tags, and floating_tail is one of them

After writing a forum comment, I just stumbled across the censorship_fetish tag, which has 4 posts and no wiki. It simultaneously feels like a valid (granted, quite rare) tag, and also one that's exponentially more likely to get misused the more it gets noticed and tagged... If we want to consider it valid and give it a wiki, it needs to be defined carefully. Perhaps something like this?
