no_nose
noseless

Would no_nose and noseless be considered the same thing? Also, if a post has a character that doesn't have a nose, can the tag be used or should it not be tagged?

I think no_nose should probably be aliased to noseless since we won't need both and that would mimic how we handled the other similar tags like this.

And I think that yes, if there's a character without a nose, then this is exactly how the tag should be used. It's just one of those that doesn't occur very often so it ends up undertagged even when needed.

But that's my guesses. I don't know what an admin would say.
