It's got a ton of posts, but do we actually need it for anything? Just about every post can be tagged with it, and there's more specific tags that could be used instead. Such as thick_thighs.

Yes! This tag has been in my notes to suggest for alias. Glad you beat me to it though, since you said it better than what I had in mind. In any case, this alias has my complete support. It seems to be a filler tag without a point.
