Reason:

A vagina is required to have plump labia

Edit: Due to confliction with the camel toe tag, this would probably create a problem when rating posts explicit/questionable

Or a plump labia is required to have vagina

Seems like a bad idea, you can have plump labia in a camel_toe, but at present we can't tag that as pussy.
