Also, implicate human_on_human to human, again to standardize with other x_on_y tags.
As for why bother with a site where humans aren't the purpose, they do still come up from time to time in group images where furries are also involved.

+1. Might as well, even though it has only been tagged 22 times and mostly on deleted posts (since human_on_human is rarely relevant).
