Happi got tagged on the pokemon "Happi-" from the leaked Gold beta, I aliased Happi to Happi- because that was the actually correct name and not a wrong transliteration.
However, the tag was most definitely not tagged on clothing items by the time I got around aliasing it.
Digging further reveals Danaesaur removed all instances of happi as a clothing article in May (2 weeks before I made the alias). Chances are he thought it was a species at that point and wasn't aware it was used to tag a piece of clothing.

post #1594765 currently tagged with happi- but shows wolf (demon?),
assuming that coat he is wearing is a happi.
tag clothing happi as
happi_(clothing)
OR
happi_(coat) ??

A happi is a japanese straight-sleeved coat, usually made of blue or brown cotton, and usually with a distinctive crest on it. It's usually worn to festivals.
Once, these were only worn by house servants, displaying the family crest on it, but later they began to wear shops or organizations on them too.
post #1594765 This is a happi.
if you google image search for happi, you get a lot of examples.
a lot of the images in japanese_clothing festival are probably happi, though some may be yukata (a summer kimono worn in modern times, most often during festivals of various sorts.)
Wikipedia says that Happi is usually translated as "Happi coat" though tha'ts not really a translation at all. :P
I would like to see it tagged as Happi_(clothing) myself.
Or, y'know, we can completely overall the tag system and do something like (Clothing)_(Japanese)_Happi .... no? aww.
