True, but:

I) Currently There is no post tagged with 'wet_clothing' that portrays a wet garment that Isn't being worn (at last I found none).

II) there is so much sense in tagging 'wet_clothing' to a garment that isn't being worn as tagging wet_[object] to any aleatory object.
