I already read the "rating" help page, but the question remains: do the presence of an anus/cloaca always means that the post is explicit or exist some kind of excepition?

Wasn't there just a debate about anuses that look like an X I don't remember if those were considered explicit or not.

I suppose an anus that doesn't actually look like an anus could slip through the explicit rating. Should an x anus have a specific tag for it?
