I found an artist that I'm not certain how to tag they sign some of their work as 404bot and some of it as havock and a few have both 404bot and havock on the same drawing.

I'm not sure if this is worth attention but I'm fairly certain it's the same artist just different names.

Check which one is more/most recent if you have sources, and use that name. It would be good to make an alias, too.

It seems the older work is signed havock and the more recent ones with 404bot. However there's one image here signed 404bot and while I was downloading a few from rule34 I saw the same image except it was signed havock.

i can't help but notice that all of the havock posts are from rule34... I'd say use 404bot and submit an alias request from havock to 404bot, since 404bot actually has a FA account with that name.

Helps to provide [[404bot]] and [[havock]] links so people can run their own searches much more easily.

Artist's name is 404bot. I'm not sure if Havock was an old username or a thief who put their own signature, but the artist should definitely be tagged as 404bot.

My bad I'm just starting to help out here so this is all new to me but I'll keep that in mind for next time.

I was getting most from the FA gallery and DA gallery but some of the ones from rule34 I've only seen there. What should I do with the ones from rule34 that are signed by havock?

Just tag it 404bot. Artists, after all, can change signatures...

But, as stated again, submit an alias request, havock being aliased to 404bot.

Oh and I found this http://404bot.blogspot.com/ I'm not sure if it's reliable but again it's signed with both 404bot and havock.

Sounds like it's a locational name, then. +1 for the alias in that case.
