Have the Recent Tags list that shows up when editing a post (directly editing it, not via a mode) display a list of the most recent used tags, not the most recent ones on an image..or whatever it currently displays
For clarification, this is the tag list to the right of Favorite Tags, that's displayed when clicking the Edit button beneath a post
Entire section seems to be labelled Related Tags

Why would it be useful?
You can have instant access to the last 25 tags you used
If you use a tag again on a post, it gets bumped to the 'top' of the list.
