Topic: Why is every anthro on feral taged bestiality and not zoophilia?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

This seems a bit strange because bestiality is forced sex with an animal and zoophilia is still sex with an animal but not forceful in anyway, now from what iv seen 90% +! of the bestiality photos i have seen have not been forced and the feral in question has more than been corporative. so what's with the MASSIVE! tagging error? anyone got any reason why it should not be changed and a zoophilia tag be added?

You're wrong with that, actually.

Nnnnnope. It's just that bestiality is sex and zoophilia extreme love in general. So it's still sex with an animal, yes.

They were aliased together because to most people the two terms are synonyms for someone having sex with an animal. However, you can always search it this way bestiality -rape -forced to filter out any where the bestiality is less than consensual, leaving you with mostly consensual stuff. And you can use bestiality couple to see ones examples where they seem to be especially bonded and loving. So that's two current ways to still find what you're looking for. But because most definitions of "bestiality" and "zoophilia" make them synonyms, we probably won't be UNaliasing them any time soon.

Its also really difficult to tag intent on things like this, thus why the two were aliased.
