Nipple tweaking is a kind of nipple play. It sounds more appropriate to alias nipple_tweak to nipple_play than to alias it to nipple_pinch, since you don't necessarily have to pinch in order to tweak. Besides, pinching is usually associated with pain or torture.

Isn't a nipple tweak a pinch and twist? Like a purple nurple?

Looks like it.
I almost want to suggest a chain for this sort of thing, but I'm not sure how common it is.
