Aliasing laying_back → on_back

Reason:

Just another version of on_back with a bunch of existing tag instances that could use aliasing to on_back.

laying_back should be sorted manually into on_back and reclining.

I thought it was when your legs hang over the edge, but you're otherwise laying down...

We've already got lying_back aliased to on_back; it would seem inconsistent to not do the same for laying_back.

About the mismatched cases that should be manually converted to reclining - I agree and I actually already cleaned up a few of them before I posted this thread, but I still think it should be aliased to prevent more future confusion. If you look at the current posts tagged laying_back you can already see that there's not full consensus with what people even mean when they use it.
