Topic: Tag Alias: nadia_fortune -> ms._fortune

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

If a first name is given, like with Nadia_Fortune, shouldn't that be the tag?
Some characters, like Ms._Fortune_(Toonstruck), have no other name to go by.

That name "Misfortune" for a femme fatale is a rather common cliche. Perhaps this warrants that they all have disambiguations appended to them.

Ms._Fortune currently implies Skullgirls, but a couple of Skullgirls images have her tagged 'Miss_Fortune'.
Miss_Fortune is the mostly used for the League of Legends character.
While "Ms." and "Miss" can be used interchangeably, it's the only thing currently differentiating the Skullgirls and League of Legends characters' tags. Also, some of the Fortunes feature Miss or Ms. as proper spelling of their identity.
Ms._Fortune_(Toonstruck) is currently the only one with a disambiguation because Ms._Fortune is implicated to Skullgirls.

There doesn't seem to be any instances of Miss Fortune from Fallout. I seem to identify what series the Miss Fortune in post #411223 is from (if any).

PROPOSAL:
Remove the implication Ms._Fortune -> Skullgirls

Alias Ms._Fortune -> Ms._Fortune_(disambiguation) [Perhaps first temporarily alias to Nadia_Fortune to quickly change over the tags]
Alias Miss_Fortune -> Ms._Fortune_(disambiguation) [Perhaps first temporarily alias to Miss_Fortune_(LoL) to quickly change over the tags]
Alias Ms._Fortune_(LoL) -> Miss_Fortune_(LoL)
Alias Miss_Fortune_(Toonstruck) -> Ms._Fortune_(Toonstruck)
Alias Miss_Fortune_(Skullgirls) -> Nadia_Fortune
Alias Ms._Fortune_(skullgirls) -> Nadia_Fortune

Implicate Miss_Fortune_(LoL) -> League_of_Legends
Implicate Ms._Fortune_(Toonstruck) -> Toonstruck
Implicate Nadia_Fortune -> Skullgirls

Wiki page for Ms._Fortune_(disambiguation) will provide a list of the Miss/Ms._Fortune_(disambiguation) tags.

ALTERNATIVELY:
Remove current implications and disambiguations, alias Ms._Fortune to Miss_Fortune (or vice-versa), and require the users to include a copyright tag when searching & tagging for any character bearing that name.

I've made the following changes:

Edit: I cleared out the tags before aliasing them, so it should be good now.
