Aliasing double_rainbow → rainbow

Reason:

While it's a verifiable thing, I don't think that double rainbow necessarily needs its own search term. There's less than ten images even tagged with it at this point.

I'd also be interested in hearing thoughts on

rainbow_arch -> rainbow

I'm guessing that rainbow_arch was intended more for natural rainbows, but I can't really tell for sure. If it's kept separate, I think it needs to have a clear definition as to what it is for put into the wiki

against aliasing double rainbow away. double rainbow is a legit phenomenon that exists and its so distinct from regular rainbow that that it would be kinda dumb to alias it away

A rainbow is a rainbow, I cannot see how it would make a difference. Do people like search up different type of clouds in here then?

So I'm in your favor of just rainbow. Rainbow arc however...I don't know, I want to see what a admin or others think of it.
