I was going to mention external_fertilization but there were only a couple of posts in it.
Still, fertilization can take place outside the body.

Those should be tagged as egg_insertion, not impregnation.
The alias seems fine. The only post that doesn't fit is post #106698, and that'd fit better under external_fertilization.
