Aliasing top_view → high-angle_shot

Reason:

Came across this tag, looks ripe for an alias.

I think it'd work better as:

top_view -> bird's-eye_view

...since top view seems more of a looking straight down. Either way, I do agree top_view itself isn't needed given the other tags in play.

Since bird's-eye_view implies high-angle_shot, i'd think like the latter would be a safer bet.

Of the images tagged top_view, one-in-five didn't need bird's-eye_view. That's big enough ratio that mistagging from my alias suggestion would probably not be worth it, so I'll agree to high-angle being safer.

I sorted all the images that had this tag into bird's-eye and high-angle as needed already if you want to put through original alias proposal.
