Reason:

Close enough.
You can't see the actual act of lifting unless it's an animation. And it's mostly tagged for solo characters. There's a couple of posts where someone's lifting an another character's leg, but raised_leg + leg_grab seems to work well enough for that.

The lifting/raised distinction is useful. Lifting is an act in progress, whereas raised is already done. (See shirt_lift and raised_shirt.) Distinctions of this sort have precedence in stuff like penis_hold (user) versus penis_grab (another person).

Plus leg_grab posts are often not tagged as such.
