Because it's still a Charizard.

How many times has this been declined by now?

Tag one or the other. If it's basic charizard, tag it as charizard. If it's mega, only tag it as mega_charizard. So they can be easily searched for, and so you can actually search for posts that feature both. Such as Charizard x Mega Charizard.

To avoid this in the future (and reduce the number of mistags), I suggest aliasing charizard to charizard_(normal_form). Same for all other Pokemon that have mega forms.
