head tilted sounds a bit awkward to me. i personally would prefer head tilt.

I thought head_tilt sounded better, but it had 17 tags compared to head_tilted having 55, so I suggested it this way around. Either works for me, as long as they're aliased.

Maybe add tilted_head (cf. closed_eyes, spread_legs etc.) to the aliases?

Flipped and approved both head_tilted and tilted_head -> head_tilt
