Question: Does the tag "male_penetrating" indicate that of a male only penetrating another male, or can it be a male penetrating any creature regardless of gender?

@Chameloshi: I did notice something about the charge though. The order of the charge color. Green, blue, red. The frequency of the light from the stored energy is going up on the spectrum, then drops. No idea why.
I like to imagine that the standard Blaster from Starfox Assault to be a highly modifiable weapon.
And it's infinite ammo capacitor could possibly be rigged to explode like an emergency nuke grenade.

You know how in Fallout 4 when companions teleport to get to you easier? Well, for some reason, Dogmeat decided to teleport directly under a car, which "killed" him and I had to Stimpak him.

Managed to get the Mechanists armor in survival, and with the max level ballistic weave, I get a damage and energy resistance of 197 with both the helmet and body.
Haven't maxed out the Armorer perk yet, so I'm not quite there.
