Blips is kind of a pseudo-deprecated feature, at this point, now just functioning as a sort of dedicated Twitter-esque "uninversal off-topic forum thread" typea deal. they used to be attached to the user page, with blips sent both to and from a user showing up there.

unfortunately that "blips to a user show up on said user's page" bit was, like, just asking for people to abuse it. and, since all public user communication is handled exclusively by a small group of volunteers, the and there was no way to block/hide a user's blips, any abusive message would remain visible on said user's page until the report ticket was processed, which could be hours. and unlike post comments there's no downvoting it past a threshold or anything either.

it was so bad that, if you check out some Wayback archives of user pages (particularly of NMNY but probably others, too), it's not terribly difficult to find these exact types of blips.

honestly im more amazed so few people use these. Well over 100k users and there's only like 10 people who use them consistently.

WAIT THIS SITE HAS OVER 2 MILLION?! When I first joined forever ago there were only like 200k 😭😭

Here’s the gameplay that I made and for what I was mentioning about on my previous blip. Thank God my typing lessons paid off in middle school years back… 😅

Final Sentence

I logged back into e621 and was amazed by the user terms screen again, giving me a heart attack ;3

So… what’s the deal with the new ToS pop up I saw before I logged in?

No news item about it. I’d like if we could get a plain-English and/or not-legalese explanation for that.

I'm pretty sure they changed ToS. They're legally required to share the new ToS which is probs why we got that pop-up yesterday.

For all you fast typing enthusiasts, I would recommend playing a game called, Final Sentence

I just played it about a minute ago, and I must say, it is fucking intense. The game requires you to type swiftly in order to reach the finish line. However, be warned that upon accumulating three strikes, you will find yourself at the mercy of a game of Russian Roulette. Surviving this round will grant you another opportunity with your strike count reset. Yet, should you strike out three times again, another bullet will be added to the chamber, significantly diminishing your odds of survival.

It’s basically like Squid Game with the cookie carving scene…

You don't need specific reasons to make a takedown request, as long as you have some rights to the image (you're the artist, commissioner, character owner, etc). If you're just the person who uploaded it, though, that's likely to be rejected as the site doesn't do third-party takedown requests. If the image violates the site's uploading guidelines, you should flag it and a janitor or moderator will deal with it when they can.

Thank god, i hate my old work and i want to start fresh with my new art style, i wanna make it big or nothing, also thank you.

The fourth one's so you can see her bits, I tried using a wash to make it stand out more and on her bellybutton.
That's also either old nail polish or paint on my thumb claw there.

Still don't have one since you became active on this account, or you broke it again?

I still have an old laptop that's functional enough to do enough work/hobby stuff (other than playing videogames), and untill earlier this I just played Old School RuneScape on mobile all the time.

so, yeah I haven't really have the motivation to get an actually functional desktop PC since... damn, the end of 2022.

but over the past year, after finally burning out of RuneScape, playing it nearly every free hour of every day for like ~3.5 years, and several other things going on (2025), I'm getting the urge to actually finally start computering again.

anyone have any tips for the naquadah line? i really want naquadah alloy coils for faster HSS-S, but i’m getting tripped up with the processing line. trinium is easy (iv field gen meteor) but naquadahine is a pain... i’m also not looking forward to the new netherite line,,,

sorry mate, I don't play that GregTech stuff, I only play the MineCraft how it was intended to be played:

a modpack based around a total conversion mod that uses a version of the game from 2014.

Y'all know that one animation called "Pinched" on YouTube?
There is this one song i can't seem to get from it.
It's during the cop chase scene.
"Wait a minute Oh Wait a fucking minute" is all i can really decipher from the lyrics.

y'all gotta stop posting things like "I thought posting real photos of people being decapitated and shit being crammed down their neck wasn't allowed?" when you come across unapproved posts

Finished watching Dragon Ball Daima, and I just don't understand the initial hate this show got when it revealed. I thought it was pretty good, almost like a canon modern re-do of GT

well, I mean... GT... although, I don't actually remember there being all that much negativity around the initial reveal.

honestly, I feel like there was a bit more after the series started releasing and it, 1) took kinda long to get dubbed (not great for the, like, one anime franchise that people actually like dubbed), and 2) was a lot less canon than people were expecting/hoping.

I'm sorry...

I was about to explain the meme to someone when my "don't uncritically spread misinformation" alarms started going off. as I looked into it I became more disillusioned with the varsity of the commonly cited story. and then I needed to tell other people.

in context, it is a kinda funny joke, though, and I think that's lost when treated as it was.

We'll still always have "people die when they are dead!" at least.

hopefully xD
